The garden walk is sponsored by the Kosciusko Master Gardeners, a division of Kosciusko County Extension Service. The purpose of the Master Gardener association is to promote good gardening practices in cooperation with Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service.
The goals of the Master Gardeners are to increase members' knowledge of sound gardening practices, provide information to the community on current and timely gardening methods and assist Kosciusko County Master Gardeners in fulfilling their volunteer hours and further education requirements.
The next Master Gardener course begins Aug. 23 through Dec. 13. The weekly classes are from 1 to 4 p.m. For more information, call the Extension Office.
