WATERFORD, Mich. - A Warsaw woman turned in a lockbox, belonging to a former fugitive, to Warsaw Police Department Monday.

At 8:11 a.m. Monday, a Warsaw woman handed in a black lockbox. The lockbox belonged to Richard Ochoa, 35, Waterford, Mich.

Ochoa was a fugitive and had been featured on "America's Most Wanted." He was arrested in Bloomington March 26 after a someone tipped police off to Ochoa's location.

Ochoa was wanted for felony possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

The lockbox at WPD has not been opened, and it is unknown as to the contents inside.

WPD officers contacted U.S. Marshall's Office, though the lockbox is still at WPD.
