Bella RyAnn Frush, newborn daughter of Tara Frush Cummins, died at 4:52 a.m. June 6, 2010, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
Also surviving are grandparents, Mike and Pam Frush, Warsaw; and great-grandparents, Carol and Lanny Ellis and Don and Rellis Frush, all of Warsaw, and Wonita Hart, Rochester.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Oakwood Cemetery Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will be in Garden of the Angels, Oakwood Cemetery.
No calling is planned.
