Rebecca Shull, of 1692 E CR 200N, Warsaw, suffered a possible broken arm in this accident at the intersection of CR 200N and U.S. 30. Shull was attempting to cross U.S. 30 when her auto was struck by a truck driven by David Weaver, of Sidney, Ohio. Weaver was cited for disregarding a traffic signal.
