Richard Clemans, 70, EMS B5A Lane, Leesburg, is in stable condition at Kosciusko Community Hospital after a 2:40 p.m. accident Friday in which he and two other people were injured. Also injured in the car and semi collision were Amy Bickel, 23, Main Street, Nappanee, and David Newman, 18, Marion. Bickel complained of pain to an unspecified area and Newman complained of pain to the shoulder. Both were transported to KCH, where they were treated and released. The accident occurred at the intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 400N, North Webster. According to an Indiana State Police report and spokesman, Clemans failed to yield, hitting the semi driven by Raymond C. Stanley, 31, Huntington. Stanley complained of pain to the arm but refused medical attention. Clemans' car was a total loss and the semi, registered to F&B Transport Inc., Huntington, sustained $2,500-$5,000 in damages.
