AKRON – Frank John Yuraitis, 73, of 9463 S. Amanda Drive, Claypool, died at 7:19 p.m. Feb. 9, 2015, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Oct. 6, 1941, in Gary, to John and Helen Marie Ozug Yuraitis. On Feb. 25, 1998, in Crown Point, he married to Donna Renee Jentzen, who survives in Claypool. He was in the U.S. Navy from June 18, 1959, to Sept. 26, 1962, E-4 Rank, Stationed on the USS Henrico.
