AKRON – Francis J. “Pat” Tarter, 84, Rochester, and formerly of Akron, died at 6:13 p.m. Dec. 30, 2013, at her residence. She was born May 29, 1929, in Wabash, to C.G. and Lerrenia Ryall Lehman. On Oct. 5, 1948, in Greenfield, she married Fred O. Tarter, who died Jan. 23, 1992. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, with Pastor Wayne Balmer officiating.
