GOSHEN — Frances L. Haines, 94, Goshen, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Greencroft Goshen Health Care.
She was born March 21, 1923, in Goshen, to Rudolph and Iva Haney Tulley. On Feb. 23, 1947, she married Paul E. “Bud” Haines in New Paris. He died May 26, 2014.
Survivors include four children: Michael (Christina) Haines, Clover, S.C.; JoEllen (Rex) Eisenhour, Torrance, Calif.; RaeJean (Ivan) Anderson, Goshen; and Patrick Haines, Elkhart; three grandchildren: Joshua and Caleb (Lori) Haines and Travis (Charlotte) Eisenhour; and two great-grandchildren, Riley Haines and Wesley Eisenhour.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a granddaughter, Sara Eisenhour; two sisters, Lillie Sumpter and Violet Replogle; a stepsister, Dorothy Downing; and two brothers, Herbert and Rudolph Tulley Jr.
A homemaker, Mrs. Haines was a member of New Paris Missionary Church.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, and one hour prior to the 10 a.m. Thursday funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
