ROCHESTER – Frances James Miller, 80, of Rochester, died at 4:12 a.m. Nov. 17, 2012, in Logansport Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She married Steve Miller, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters: Barbara (and spouse Steve) Foster, Rochester; Carolyn (and spouse Rex) Marquart, New Paris; and Cheryl (and spouse Brian) Jennings, Plymouth; a son, Larry James (and spouse Mary), Kewanna; 11 grandchildren; and seven great- grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Daniel Davidson officiating.
