Frances Hampshire, 70, Warsaw, passed away at 9:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, in her residence.

She was born July 26, 1947, in Louisville, Ky., to Sherman and Irene Hack, who both preceded her.

A 41-year resident of Warsaw, she was united in marriage to Marvin L. Hampshire in Fort Wayne on April 12, 1964. Marvin preceded her on Sept. 24, 2006.

She was formerly employed by Dalton Foundries, Warsaw, as a core maker, and was self-employed as a baby sitter and home cleaner.

Survivors include her daughters, Pamela S. (spouse Roland) McFadden, Burket, and Tina (spouse Steve) Leiter, Boulder City, Nev.; and sons, Bryan (companion Rachel Skinner) Hampshire, Warsaw, and Anthony (spouse Tuttie) Hampshire, Ville Platte, La. In addition, a brother, Gary (spouse Giselle) Hack, Houston, Texas; and a sister, Linda (spouse Leroy) Jones, Coldwater, Mich., survive. She was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Services will be private, with J. Brian Lowe officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
