Frances Eleanore Hull, the youngest child of Lewis and Bertha Bricker of Oswego, was born Dec. 27, 1921, and passed away Dec. 1, 2023, at home with her daughter by her side at the age of 101.
Frances worked as a bookkeeper before joining the Navy as a WAVE in October 1944 during World War II.
She married Robert E. “Bob” Hull, of Warsaw, Feb. 22, 1948. They moved to El Paso, Texas, in 1952 where they raised their two children. They retired to Port Charlotte, Fla., in 1979, where they were active in their church and volunteered for Meals on Wheels for several years. They moved to Beaumont, Calif., in 2002 and were active members of Banning Methodist Church. Frances became a widow in 2018 when Bob passed away. They were happily married for 70 years.
Frances is survived by her son, Rodney (Frances) Hull, of Houston, Texas; and daughter, Vicki (Charles) Hulse, of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. She will be dearly missed.
