ROCHESTER – Frances Ellen Westwood, 83, Rochester, died at 1:40 a.m. Jan. 30, 2014, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born May 8, 1930, in St. Joseph County, to Theodore and Mattie Stubbs Barth. On Aug. 15, 1948, in Akron, she married Carl T. Westwood, who died Jan. 2, 1985. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Dr. Cole Westwood officiating. Burial is in Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
