Four New Shows Coming To Honeywell Center

WABASH - The Honeywell Center in Wabash has added four new shows to the 2011 concert bill.

Tickets for Bob Knight, Aaron Lewis of Staind, Jon Reep and Darius Rucker go on sale Feb. 22 at 8 a.m.

On April 16 at 7:30 p.m., Central Indiana Newspaper Group welcomes Bob Knight to the Honeywell Center, sponsored by Pefley's Farm Equipment and DRP Company.

Knight's lecture outlines his coaching career from the beginning to present day. He will also share the highlighted events in his career and life, as well as stories involving his mentors and the students that he taught and coached. At the end of his presentation, Knight will host a question-and-answer session. Tickets are $24, $34, $44 and $75.

On May 5 at 7:30 p.m., 98.9 The Bear welcomes Aaron Lewis of Staind as he brings his solo acoustic set to the stage. The show is sponsored by Vohne Liche Kennels.

Lewis, the writer and performer of popular hits such as "It's Been a While," "Epiphany" and "So Far Away," will perform those and other favorites acoustically, along with music from his new five-song country-based album titled "Town Line." Tickets are $27, $39 and $60.

Jon Reep, winner of NBC's "Last Comic Standing," comes to Wabash May 21 at 7:30 p.m. You might also know Reep from his work on Comedy Central, TBS's "Pit Stop Comedy" or the ABC sitcom "Rodney." Reep is probably best known as the red-headed hillbilly in Dodge truck commercials that asks "That thing gotta Hemi?" Tickets are $12, $18 and $25.

On July 21 at 7:30 p.m., WWKI welcomes country artist Darius Rucker, sponsored by D & J Radabaugh Construction. Featuring his country hits like "It Won't Be Like This for Long," "Don't Think I Don't Think About It," "This," "Alright" and "Comeback Song."
