Kosciusko County Foundation held an open house in its new headquarters Wednesday. The George and Priscilla Bowser family donated the building at the corner of Market and Buffalo streets in Warsaw to the Foundation. Lilly Endowment Fund and Dekko Foundation provided improvement grants. Priscilla Garrett, niece of the Bowsers, tied a ribbon on the building as part of the open house ceremonies. Past chairpersons of the Foundation also were recognized. Pictured are (L to R): current chairman Don Allen; past chairman Dick Glover; Garrett; and past chairmen Robert Gephart, Neal Carlson, Rex Reed and Avis Gunter. Glover was chairman in 1968, when the foundation began. Photo by David Slone, Times-Union
