Sandra Rovenstine, former Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department matron for 16 years, and wife of former four-term Kosciusko County Sheriff Alan Rovenstine, and mother of current Kosciusko County Captain and former Kosciusko County Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine, died of cancer Friday afternoon at Kosciusko Community Hospital.
