Editor, Times-Union: If you are Mohammad living in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Yemen, Pakistan, Somalia or Syria and you saw your family killed by bombing from "self proclaimed" Christian presidents Bush and Obama, you may have developed some hate for Christian America. According to www.iraqbodycount.org 224,000 Iraq citizens died from the Bush invasion and bombings. Consider the birth deformities in children in Iraq caused by the toxic depleted uranium armaments and munitions that were fired on them. This is the horrible legacy that we've left for those poor souls that survived the bombing and invasion that was all based on lies. We also have returning American troops suffering and dying from depleted uranium poisoning, post traumatic stress syndrome and many other war related injuries. Could it be that the threat to our country is blow back from the Pentagon crusade to conquer those seven countries? Unfortunately, all of the presidential contenders, with the exception of Rand Paul, are promoting that same old foreign policy agenda of bombing and occupation for the benefit of the military industrial complex.
