Floyd ‘Dewayne’ Creamer, 76, passed away May 29, 2016, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born April 13, 1940, in Kosciusko County, to Floyd Alvin and Uvah Stansberry Creamer. On June 13, 2002, he married Susan Robbins, who survives in Warsaw.
He was a 1959 Mentone High School graduate and was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. He was self employed as a carpenter. He was a member of the moose lodge and a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He enjoyed dancing, singing karaoke and attending antiques auctions and was very creative and able to fix anything, even making furniture pieces for his family.
Surviving also are: one daughter, Lana Kay Creamer, Warsaw; one son, Todd (and spouse Rachel) Creamer, Warsaw; three grandchildren: Kalen Creamer, Courtney Creamer, and Noah Susits, all of Warsaw; one sister, Mary Esther (and spouse Chuck) Carpenter, Etna Green; one brother, Marvin Lee (and spouse Fran) Creamer, Arkansas; one stepdaughter, Melissa Rupe, Warsaw; one stepson, Jeff Rupe, Laporte and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Herbert Eugene Creamer and one sister, Wilma Ilene Creamer.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
