A Florida man was arrested recently after allegedly raping a person in Winona Lake in 2023.
Brady Allen Clark, 21, Crestview, Fla., is charged with rape, a level 3 felony; and sexual battery, a level 6 felony. He was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 11:48 a.m. Monday on a $100,000 preliminary bond.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on Aug. 1, 2025, a Winona Lake Police Department officer was contacted about an alleged sexual assault where Clark penetrated someone without their permission.
On Aug. 6, 2025, the person took part in an interview at Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center. The person said they had been at a residence in October 2023. They said they were in Clarkâs bedroom while Clark was playing a video game. Clark then got up and laid on top of the person while they were on the bed. Clark pinned the person down, according to court documents. The person then said Clark penetrated them. The person also said they asked Clark to stop and get off them. Clark then allegedly made the person touch him.
