SYRACUSE – Florence G. Barry, 57, of Milford, passed away at 6:23 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019, at Goshen Hospital.
She was born on Aug. 11, 1962, in Fairfax, Va., to James H. and Alice P. Swartz Bradshaw.
She attended Goshen High School and was a United States Army veteran. She was married on April 26, 1986, in Goshen, to Timothy R. “Tim” Barry, who survives. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Turtle Top in Goshen. She grew up in Virginia and Goshen, lived in Ohio and moved to Milford in 1999.
She attended the New Life Church in Nappanee.
She is survived by husband, Tim Barry, of Milford; daughter, Jamie Lynn Barry, of Milford; son, Christopher Barry, of Milford; 14 grandchildren; and sister, Cheryl (William) Shively, of Syracuse.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Timothy R.R. Barry; and three brothers: James Bradshaw, Charles Bradshaw and Darcy Johnson.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 16 at the funeral home with Pastor Dean Anglemyer officiating. Burial will take place in the Milford Cemetery.
