Flora Nichols, 90, died Feb. 28, 2011, in her residence.
She was born March 1, 1920, in Motherwell, Scotland, to Harry and Mary Wilson Paulson. On Aug. 9, 1947, in Pontiac, Mich., she married A. Miller Nichols, who died May 16, 2004.
Living in Kosciusko County most of her life, she was a homemaker and a member of Palestine Bible Church, Moody Bible Institute Alumna; Royal Volunteer for New Tribes Mission; Salvation Army Cadet.
Surviving are two sons, David (and spouse Karen) Nichols and Paul Nichols, all of Warsaw; a daughter, Sara Nichols, Pierceton; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harry Paulson, Mt. Clemons, Mich., and George Paulson, California; and a sister, Betty Church, San Diego, Calif. She was also preceded in death by a son, Jim Nichols, who died in 1998; two brothers, Andy and William Paulson; and three sisters, Nancy Smith, Mary Mitchel and Cookie Yungk.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiated by Pastor David Callighan of Palestine Bible Church. Burial will be in Palestine Cemetery.
Calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
