In a meeting lasting less than two minutes Thursday afternoon, Kosciusko Alcohol and Tobacco Commission renewed three retail and two restaurant alcohol sales permits.
Three Lassus Handy Dandy locations had permits for retail sales renewed. The locations are 1900 Plaza Drive and 777 Parker St., both in Warsaw; and 4987 N. Ind. 13, Leesburg (south of North Webster).
The Bulldog Saloon, 101 E. Main St., Mentone, and Down Under, 801 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, had their restaurant permits renewed.
The board tabled a permit transfer for Maxwelton Golf Club Inc., 5721 E. Elkhart County Line Road, Syracuse, because the new owners need to place a sign in the front window announcing the transfer to the public. The board is expected to address that transfer at its 1 p.m. Jan. 3 meeting.
