Five Held Following Drug Bust

Five Kosciusko County residents were arrested and booked into the jail overnight on drug charges.

Aaron Hoffman, 33, Warsaw, was arrested on a felony warrant and on charges of possession of a narcotic, a level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor; and driving while suspended with a prior, a misdemeanor, according to a news release from Warsaw Police Department.

Leyon Gilliam, 45, Warsaw, faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, enhanced to a level 5 felony; being a habitual traffic violator for life, a level 5 felony; possession of a syringe, a level 6 felony; carrying a handgun without a license, a misdemeanor; and visiting a common nuisance, a misdemeanor.

Holly Hoover, 36, Warsaw, is being charged with possession of a syringe, a level 6 felony.

Glenn Dutton, 45, Warsaw, was arrested for dealing methamphetamine 10 or more grams, enhanced to a level 2 felony; dealing a narcotic drug, enhanced to a level 3 felony; dealing cocaine, enhanced to a level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine 10 to 28 grams, enhanced to a level 3 felony; possession of a narcotic drug 5 to 10 grams, enhanced to a level 4 felony; possession of cocaine less than 5 grams, enhanced to a level 5 felony; possession of a syringe, a level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Joshua Bradley, 31, Claypool, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine 10 to 28 grams, enhanced to a level 3 felony; possession of a narcotic drug 5 to 10 grams, enhanced to a level 4 felony; possession of cocaine less than 5 grams, enhanced to a level 5 felony; possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; visiting a common nuisance, a misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

The Warsaw Narcotics Unit received multiple complaints and tips regarding Dutton dealing methamphetamine from his residence. While conducting surveillance of Dutton's residence, officers observed several vehicles leave the residence. One of the vehicles was driven by Hoffman, who was wanted on a felony dealing narcotic warrant, the release states. Hoffman was subsequently stopped and was found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.  





The second vehicle was driven by Gilliam. Gilliam was stopped and found to be in possession of paraphernalia, methamphetamine and a handgun. A passenger in the vehicle, Hoover, was found to be in possession of a syringe.

Officers served a search warrant on Dutton’s residence at 417 Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Officers located a 9 mm Carbine, ammunition, approximately 6 grams of heroin, 3 grams of cocaine, 18 grams of crystal methamphetamine, digital scales, $886 in cash, and a large amount of paraphernalia.

Dutton and Bradley were apprehended inside the residence.
