First-grade students in Amy Swihart’s class at Madison Elementary made posters and a video to thank those that have served or are serving the country. The ‘thank you’ videos were sent out to many soldiers on Veterans Day. Swihart spent the day teaching the children about the importance of Veterans Day. Pictured are Krista, Madelyne and Kieryn (last names not provided).
