With the Fourth of July in two weeks, fireworks have been scheduled throughout the area.
The Syracuse Lake Association will have fireworks on July 3 at dusk on the lake.
The Wawasee Property Owners Association will hold fireworks on Lake Wawasee on July 4 at dusk.
There is no rain date for either fireworks event.
The Etna Elevator will put on fireworks in Etna Green’s Heritage Park at 10 p.m. July 4. No rain date has been set yet. A parade is also schedule for July 4 with line-up starting at 10 a.m. in the alley next to the Etna Green Fire Department, with the parade starting at 11 a.m.
The Chapman Lake Conservation Association will have fireworks on July 4 starting at dusk on the lake, with a rain date of July 5. A parade is also scheduled for 8 p.m. July 3, starting at the lake clubhouse.
Winona Lake will have an outdoor concert starting at 8 p.m., which will conclude with fireworks over Winona Lake at 10 p.m.
The Lake Tippecanoe Property Owners will hold fireworks at 10 p.m. July 4. The fireworks will be launched from the barges. A flotilla will kick off at Patona Bay in front of the snack shop lake side at 1 p.m. July 4. Both events can be observed from the Tippecanoe Dance Hall with social distancing being encouraged.
Manchester University will host the town’s annual Fourth of July fireworks display, starting at 9 p.m. at Manchester High School. Rain date is July 5.
The Webster Lake Conservation Association will have fireworks at 10 p.m. July 3 at Webster Lake. A rain date is July 5.
