Fireman Called Downtown

Emergency personnel were ready Thursday afternoon when a call was received of a smoke smell in the Bob List Photography building in Warsaw.

Firefighters confirmed the smoke odor and searched the building. A ballast on a light fixture was smoldering but there was no fire.

Motorists were temporarily rerouted from Market Street while police, fire and EMS crews stood by.

Bob List Photography is on the corner of Market and Buffalo streets, one-half block from the site where The Butterfly and Warsaw Tool burned late last year.
