Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Kosciusko County Fireman’s Association is collecting food for victims of the tornadoes that struck central Indiana Wednesday.
All fire stations throughout the county will be collecting food Friday and Saturday morning. The food will be taken to Kokomo Saturday afternoon.
The items will go to Red Cross food banks and will be delivered to an estimated 200 people staying in an emergency shelter, said Kevin McSherry, president of the Kosciusko County Fireman’s Association.
