Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory responded to a residential fire around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at 811 E. Smith Street, Warsaw. According to county records, the house is owned by Gary M. Pitts, East CR 300S, Warsaw, though no one currently resides at the Smith Street property. According to Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, the fire was electrical, caused by a floating neutral wire. The fire was under control in 11 minutes. Estimated damage was $2,000. Warsaw-Wayne was assisted by Winona Lake Fire Department.
