Mark and Cindy Fineran, Salem, Ore., announces the engagement of their daughter, Bethany Fineran, Walkersville, Md., to Eric Miller, Frederick, Md. He is the son of Randy and Deb Miller, Warsaw. The bride-to-be is a membership manager at The Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, Bethesda, Md. She graduated from South Salem High School, Salem, in 2002 and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Mary’s College of California in 2006. The groom-elect is a youth pastor at Grace Community Church, Frederick. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2000 and earned a bachelor’s degree in Biblical studies and youth ministry from Grace College, Winona Lake, in 2004. The couple plan a April 27, 2013, wedding.
