Take Notice that Richard L. Boggs and Kerry L. Boggs, as Co-Personal Representatives of the named estate, has filed a final account in settlement of the estate with a petition for distribution and that hearing thereon is scheduled for January 8, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. At that time, or as soon as the matter can be heard, the Court, subject to its discretion, will approve the account and order distribution as requested unless objections are filed.
If any interested person has objections to the account or to the proposed distribution, that person must, personally or by attorney, file written objections, on or before January 8, 2019 at 9:00 am, and if not so filed, the objections will be waived. If objections are filed, trial upon the objections will be scheduled at a later date. No person need appear if they are content with the account and proposed distribution. A copy of the account and of the petition may be examined in the Clerk’s Office, or a copy may be obtained from the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative’s attorney.
