A Cromwell man was arrested Friday afternoon and is being held on bonds totaling $250,750. The details on the arrest are limited as of press time Friday night. Joseph Lee Coon, 25, of 9671 E. King Arthur Trail, Cromwell, was arrested on two counts of failure to appear.One of those counts carried a $250,000 bond. According to a jailer at the Kosciusko County Jail, that charge was for soliciting a minor. Coon was originally picked up in Elkhart County by police there, then transported to Kosciusko County. A call to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department wasn’t immediately returned.
