Felisitas Phillips, 90, of Winona Lake, passed away at 3:20 p.m. Aug. 29, 2012, in Grace Village Health Care, Winona Lake.

She was born March 31, 1922, in San Atenogenes, Durango, Mexico, to Salvador Barron and Adelaida Cardiel. On Sept. 4, 1972, in Warsaw, she married Glenn O. Phillips, who preceded her in death.

She resided in Pierceton for 34 years and was a former resident of Warsaw. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Pierceton, and Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Warsaw.

Surviving are a daughter, Cristy (and spouse Carlos) Batres, Warsaw; granddaughters, Karla and Ana Batres, both of Warsaw; a stepdaughter, Hope Mock, Lexington, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Warsaw, with Father Constantino Rocha officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with a rosary service at 7:30 p.m.
