Faye H. Hedington, 97, of Pierceton, died at 6 a.m. May 21, 2010, in her daughter's residence.
She was born Oct. 1, 1912, in Kosciusko County, to Edgar and Wilma Gall Shoemaker. On Jan. 13, 1931, in Kosciusko County, she married Noble Hedington, who died Oct. 20, 1998.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, she worked at Playtime and Bluebell and was a member of North Winona Lake Church of the Brethren.
Surviving are two daughters, Peggy Holmes and Vivian Mitchell, both of Warsaw; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, John Lee, who died in 1952.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Home, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
