NAPPANEE - Fay Edward "Eddie" Patterson, 74, died at 8:15 a.m. Jan. 8, 2009, in Shepherd's Ministry, Union Grove, Wis., where he resided, after a short battle with cancer.
He was born Jan. 27, 1934, in Mosheim, Tenn., to Clara F. and Goldie Heltzel Patterson.
He moved to Union Grove, Wis., in 1992. He had worked at Uline and Dairy Queen, both in Nappanee. He was a member of the First Church of God.
Surviving are a brother, Ray (and spouse Pam) Patterson, Nappanee; and a sister, Dorothula (and spouse Harold) Hershberger, Wakarusa.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Burial will be in Bremen Cemetery.
