A father and son are both facing drug charges after a stop by Warsaw Police Department officers Thursday night.
Kevin Lee Hobbs, 46, and Kyle Lee Hobbs, 23, both of 8017 Thomas Drive, Claypool, were stopped by WPD officer Chris Anderson on West Center Street at 8:34 p.m. for failing to signal a turn.
A search of the vehicle turned up marijuana and a set of scales. An Indiana State police K-9 officer heard of the incident over the radio and had his dog check the suspect's vehicle. Three bags containing a white powder, which tested positive for methamphetamine, also were found.
Both Kevin and Kyle Hobbs were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail each on a $5,000 bond.
