The man who died in a March 3 traffic accident was the driver of the vehicle, according to a report released Tuesday by the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.
The accident, which occurred on CR 450E, north of CR 100S, near Pierceton, had remained under investigation to determine which of the two people in the car was driving.
Robert Ryan Yeazel, 20, of Pierceton, was dead at the scene of the accident, and Brian G. Smith, 22, of Pierceton, suffered minor injuries. Subsequent investigation into the accident indicates Yeazel was the driver of the car when it left the roadway and rolled over several times.
