As part of an ongoing investigation, officers Josh Spangle (L) and Chris McKeand of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office work with a Faro Laser scanner Monday morning at the site of last week's car/pedestrian fatal accident in front of Harrison Elementary School. The laser is able to piece together images to give a 3-D representation to help determine what happened at the accident scene.
