Emergency personnel work to remove one of the drivers involved in a fatal accident this morning on Ind. 15, south of CR 900N. The driver of the white vehicle was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital and later Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Further details were not available at press time.
