Officials investigate the SUV involved in Tuesday afternoon's fatal accident. A semi rig can be seen in the background. The driver of the SUV died after his vehicle collided with the semi on Ind. 13 Tuesday afternoon. First responders were called around 1:30 p.m. to the scene of the crash at 5077 S. Ind. 13, near East CR 500S, near Pierceton. The driver of the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the semi was uninjured. Pending family notification, no further information was available at press time.
