Fanny May Beeman, formerly of Warsaw, passed away at 1:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017, at CrownPointe Assisted Living, Lebanon, at the age of 78.
She was born Sept. 13, 1939, in Mousie, Ky., to Jayhazie Minnix Conley and Greene Conley.
Fanny worked as an associate at Walmart in Warsaw and Lebanon for more than 15 years. She loved to work in the garden and enjoyed canning. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for many years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Neal (Gina) Germonprez, Lebanon; and nine grandchildren: Elizabeth, Carter, Mason, Alex, Danielle, Lauren and Kirkland Germonprez; Nick Fruits; and Lauren Williams. Also surviving are four brothers: Coye (wife Mary Lou) Conley, McAlister, Okla.; Wilbur (wife Teet) Conley, Mousie; Edward Conley, Warsaw; and Bob (wife Brenda) Conley, Demotte; and his sister, Georgia (husband Norm) Krichbaum, Warsaw.
Fanny was preceded in death by her parents, Greene Conley and Jayhazie Conley; two sons, Anthony (Tony) Germonprez and Larry Germonprez; three brothers: Anthony Conley, Barkley (Bart) Conley and Burnis Conley; as well as her sister, Anna O’Keefe.
Her funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Jeff Pheifer. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
There will be an hour of calling prior to the service from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
