Winona Lake and Warsaw firefighters had their work cut out for them during Monday's late-night fire at Fairlane Mobile Home Park which consumed two homes and a pickup truck. A resident of one of the homes was arrested. The home at Lot 61 was engulfed in flames when firefighers arrived at 11:15 p.m. Monday. The fire spread to Lot 62 and a nearby pickup truck. Police arrested Jordan J. Schultz, 29, of 1202 Wooster Road, #61, Winona Lake, on a charge of arson. His bond was set at $15,250. Further details were unavailable at press time, but will be made available when a probable cause affidavit is filed.
