Editor, Times-Union: I feel strongly as a resident across the lake from the fairgrounds that events taking place there should be limited in frequency, duration and volume. The musical celebrations on certain Saturdays make it impossible to enjoy a quiet evening in my backyard. Even if I go inside and close my windows and doors, I still hear it and it lasts for hours!
