The curtain will fall on the 2011 Kosciusko County Fair tonight. After a week that saw thousands stream in for food, rides, 4-H projects and two successful concerts from Kellie Picker and Hinder, it comes to a close when the midway shuts down at 11 p.m. There will be plenty to do on the last day though as the Semi-Truck Show and Shine highlights the final day. Registration for the show and shine starts at 8 a.m. Judging starts at 2 p.m.Alan and Ashcroft will perform during the event. The Show and Shine has returned after being absent from the fair for several years. Gates open today at 1 p.m. 4-H exhibits open at noon in the shrine building. Carnival rides open at 1 p.m. Kay Rosaire’s Big Cat Encounter will have three shows today, 3, 5 and 8 p.m. The commercial tent is open from 1 to 9 p.m.
