"Red, White and Moo: The Kosciusko County Fair Invites You" is the theme for the 2009 Kosciusko County Community Fair.
The fair board approved the theme Monday. The county fair is set for July 6-11 with events beginning on July 5 as "Free Admission Day" with a parade and other activities throughout the day. Betty O'Hara, customer relations officer for the Kosciusko fair grounds, said the new fair theme reflects the fact that the fair will be held right after Independence Day."We're following the Fourth of July, so we have a lot of activities leading up to the fair," O'Hara said. "We're looking at doing something special for Sunday."
O'Hara said the fair may include some new features related to the theme, but they are still in the planning process.
