Fair And Balanced

Posted
Editor, Times-Union:

To be fair and balanced to Mr. Easton:

We can go to our 5-year-olds for the same type of rebuttal you provided.

Having family members living down there does have its benefits, I must say. In reality, the accurate term used for my letter is collusion.

But I do enjoy the way you twist words around to make a senseless point. Condemning the whole state? Really, David? Really? No. Really, David? A shallow gene pool of politicians. Not the whole state. Bear with me here: Africa is a continent not a country.

For those unaccustomed to sarcasm (or, like myself sometimes, trying hard to believe that people truly believe the right-wing talking points), is frustrating, and arguably pointless to reason with the insane.

You're proving points we've been trying to make about the right. Plays right into this new McCarthy-style inquisition. You showed exactly the type of reaction I'd expect from a tea bagger. Balling your fists, stomping your feet and shouting, "Screw you" and running away solves nothing.

Remember just 10 years ago where you exclusively saw tabloids in the super market checkout isle? Now the Faux News media reports it all.

No one is an embarrassment to the GOP. To feel embarrassment, you have to feel shame, have feelings or show empathy.

I suppose, Mr. Easton, the Republican Party also invented ice cream and puppy dogs?

To even portray they know what they're saying, whether it's a false belief or their reasons, are just a comically poor guess.

Sorry, I'm here to stay. Apparently, I still have a lot of work to do.

The so-called liar in the White House. Remember where you get your information. Logic and facts gain no purchase in the soil of the Beck Nation.

Speaking on Intelligence? By the way, did you find those WMDs yet?

You have a happy, happy fun day!
