Editor, Times-Union: I would like to respond to Mr. Zachery Morgan’s letter about having a disability. Everybody has a disability or a handicap. There was an individual that was perfect, but we nailed him to a tree. It is so easy to blame others for our misfortune, but God has a plan for you.
