SOUTH BEND – Everwise Credit Union announced it has earned certification for the second consecutive year as a great workplace by Great Place To Work.
Everwise is the only Certified Great Place To Work credit union based in Indiana, according to the release from Everwise. The award is based on feedback from current employees about their experience working at Everwise. In this year's survey, Everwise's overall score increased by 8%.
"Any increase of 5% or larger is meaningful, and an increase of eight percentage points year-over-year is uncommon and should be celebrated," said Ruby Storm Green, culture coach with Great Place To Work.
"This achievement belongs to every employee at Everwise and reflects the culture we're continuing to build together through our shared values and commitment to one another," said Jason M. Osterhage, president and CEO of Everwise. "When people feel supported, valued and connected to a shared purpose, they can do their best work for our members and communities.
