Evelyn Qutina "Tina" Hyde, 46, of Warsaw, died at 10:57 p.m. Jan. 25, 2010, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born Jan. 21, 1964, in Fort Wayne, to Kenneth Sr. and Sandra Ladig Perkins.
Living most of her life in Warsaw, she was a homemaker and her grandchildren meant everything to her
Surviving are her parents, Kenneth and Sandra Perkins, Warsaw; a son, Bert Hyde, Warsaw; a daughter, Jessica (and spouse Kevin) Herbster, Warsaw; two brothers, Kenneth Perkins Jr., Warsaw, and Bobbie Perkins, Fort Wayne; a sister, Mary Perkins, Warsaw; three grandchildren, Zach, Andrew and Amanda Herbster; a lifelong companion, Johnie Dove, Warsaw; and a nephew, Harley Maples, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by a brother, Albert Maples.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiated by Pastor Terry Bradford of First Freewill Baptist of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
