ROCHESTER — Evelyn L Walker, 96, formerly of Rochester, died at 11:50 p.m. Sunday, June 17, 2018, at Crown Point Christian Village.
She was born Jan. 29, 1922, in Remington, to Morris and Hazel Hicks Carlile. On April 7, 1946, in Warsaw, she married Russell D. Walker. He died Feb. 11, 1992.
She graduated from Warsaw High School in 1940.
A celebration of her life will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester. Interment will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
Calling is from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
