ETNA GREEN - Etna Township's trustee was jailed Friday night after being involved in a one-vehicle accident near his home.
Rockford "Rocky" Lin Hartzell, 39, of 9246 W. CR 700N, Etna Green, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 10:30 p.m. Friday on a charge of driving while intoxicated. He posted a $3,000 bond about noon Saturday and was released.
According to Kosciusko County Sheriff Al Rovenstine, Hartzell's blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when he rolled his vehicle north of Etna Green. Hartzell was not injured in the accident.
