Please take note that the Town Council of Etna Green will have a Tax Abatement resolution reading on November 14th, at 7 pm, at the town offices. The address is: 132 W Broadway, Etna Green, IN. Copies of the resolution will be available for review.
If approved, the abatement resolution will benefit Winona Building Products, LLC with a tax phase-in on a five-year schedule for equipment and a ten-year schedule for any building or land improvements.
This notice as well as the adoption and substance of the resolution are done in accordance with Indiana Code 5-3-1.
